A detailed rental statement will be emailed to you fortnightly.
Tenancy Tribunal
We attend Tenancy Tribunal hearings on your behalf. We do not charge for our time in court but you will be required to pay an application fee of $20.44.
Tenancy Applications
We take care of the complete application process, from start to finish. in a timely manner.
Repairs & Maintenance
We manage all repairs and Maintenance. With our wealth of building knowledge and access to quality contractors, any issues will be taken care of efficently and cost effectivly.
Support
We are a wealth of knowledge on all things property, so ask away and we will find you the answers.
Rent Collection
Rent is collected by us and paid into your account fortnightly.
